such sites collectively referred to herein as the “Site”) and for reviewing our
Privacy Policy. The Site is owned and operated by Osiamo LLC (collectively, “Osiamo,”
“We,” “Us,” “Our”). Osiamo LLC is a New
York limited liability company. Your privacy is important to us
and we will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about you
or your account, except as provided herein.
This Privacy Policy explains what type of information we collect from our
visitors on the Site and in the course of our relationship, what we do with
that information, and how users can update and control the use of information
provided on the Site. This Privacy Policy does not describe information
collection practices on other sites, including those linked to or from the
Site. As further set out below, this Privacy Policy may change from time to
time.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process and distribute
your information, including “Personal Data” (as defined below) used to access
this Site. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as
described in this Privacy Policy. The use of information collected through our

Conditions.
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy on the Site at any

via email and/or a prominent notice on the Site.
Use of any personal information or contribution that you provide to us,

by this Privacy Policy. By using the Site or its content, you consent to this
Privacy Policy, whether or not you have read it.
2.
What Types of Information We Collect
You are able to browse most portions of our Site
without becoming a registered user. However, to purchase or use services on the
Site we will ask that you register, if you have not already done so and provide
us with information about you and/or your company, such as name, address,
affiliation (i.e.: Artist/band name, company, etc.), email address, contact
information, and other types of information that may be necessary for us to
provide or make available the services and information you have requested.
If you order products or use other services available through the Site,
we may ask that you provide further information, including, but not limited to,
contact information, credit card or other financial or personal information. We
may collect such information when you provide comments to the Site or
participate in surveys.
Our staff will review and process your registration information and will
use the information, as may be updated by you from time to time, on a
continuous basis while you remain a registered user in order
to provide or permit you to use the service(s) you have signed up to
use. We may keep your information on file at the termination of any such
service and/or upon your withdrawal as a registered member of the Site.
If you provide us with personal data about other individuals, you are
required to ensure that they are aware of and agree to our Privacy Policy.
If you participate in any group forums, interface with other registered
users of the Site, or use other interactive tools such as message boards or
chat rooms as may be available on the Site from time to time, you should be
careful not to disclose your personal information or the personal information
of any other individual. In general, such forums may be viewed by others who
visit the Site; except that interfaces between registered users on non-public
portions of the Site may generally only be viewed by other registered users of
the Site.
The server on which the Site is located collects and saves the default
information customarily logged by web server software. Such information may
include the date and time of your visit, the originating IP address, operating
system information, and the pages and images requested. We also collect certain
specific information (including, but not limited to, IP address, operating
system and browser information) when a user signs up for a mailing list or
resource sign-up, and when a user purchases a product or signs up for a
service.
The Site uses “cookies” -- small data files, typically made up of a
string of text and numbers, which assign you a unique identifier. A cookie is
created in our Shopping Cart when a user places an order into the cart or buys
a product through the Site. You may set your browser to notify you when you
receive a cookie or to prevent cookies from being sent. However, such action
may limit the functionality we can provide you when you visit the Site. In addition, we collect aggregate information about the use of the
Site, such as which pages are most frequently visited, how many visitors we
receive daily, and how long visitors stay on each page.
Osiamo strives to have in place appropriate means to protect your
information. However, in providing your information over a public or third-party
network, you do so at your own risk.
The information we collect about you in the course of
our relationship is used to optimize the services you request or other
interactions between us. We also use the information to provide you with
information you may find useful regarding other services, products or offers
from us or third parties.
What we do with the
information we collect:
Contact You: We may contact you with
information that you provide to us based on these lawful grounds for
processing:

you if you give us your clear, unambiguous, affirmative consent to contact you.
Contract. We will
contact you under our contractual obligation to deliver goods or services you purchase from us.
Legitimate Interest.
We may contact you if we feel you have a legitimate interest in hearing from us. For example, if you sign up
for a webinar, we may send you marketing
emails based on the content of that webinar. You will always have the option to opt out of any of our emails. We may
maintain an order history for your account
if you request products or services from us. Also, we may use or supplement information you provide to us
online with information provided to us in
offline communications, or vice versa. Also, we may use information such as demographics, type of product, and site usage
information collected from users of the
Site to improve its functionality and to prepare non-identifying information and material for use in marketing, site
advertising or other similar activities.
We do not sell your email address or other identifying information to
third parties. We may, however, share your information with our affiliated
companies, and other companies or selected third parties to achieve the
purposes identified in this policy, in our other communications with you, or on
the Site (for example, to provide you with additional materials in which you
may have an interest). We may provide to others the aggregate statistics about
our customers’ requests, interests, or related site activity for purposes of
marketing or promotion. Additionally, we may disclose
information about you to others in order to: (1) confirm and ship your orders,
and collect sums due us (such as to shippers and credit card processors); (2)
follow up to make sure such orders are fulfilled; (3) if, in the course of
placing an order and/or entering a contest, you opt to receive occasional
emails from us notifying you of special offers, we will use such information to
notify you of such offers; (4) if, in the course of placing an order and/or
entering a contest, you opt to receive occasional emails from third parties to
whom we provide your information, we will disclose such information to such
third parties; (5) protect the rights and safety of us, our shareholders,
members, officers, employees and customers, and if we have a good faith belief
that we are required to do so by law or contract/legal process or to respond to
torts/claims (such as to legal representatives and law enforcement); (6) at our
option, notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy or our other terms and
conditions of this Site (you are bound by the terms of any changes we post to
the Site whether or not we notify you by email) and (7) as otherwise required
by law. We may transfer your information in the event of the sale of
substantially all of the assets of our business to a
third party or in the event of a merger, consolidation or acquisition. However,
in such event, any acquirer will be subject to the provisions of this Privacy
Policy, except as otherwise modified and posted on the Site thereafter.
Other companies that advertise or link on our Site, or that you access or
find through our Site may use cookies or collect other information about you
when you visit their site. Osiamo does not control the collection or use of
information by these companies. You must contact these companies directly if
you have any questions or concerns about their collection practices or use of
your information.

“Opt-In” option constitutes acceptance of Osiamo’s use of your email address to
send you notices pertaining to Osiamo, its products and services, the websites,
and related topics.

usage data, for a length of time appropriate to our business needs. You may

by us. If you operate in a jurisdiction that provides access rights under law,
you may access your personal information or have it corrected or updated in
accordance with applicable law by contacting us. In some jurisdictions, you may
be charged a reasonable fee for access to information.

and/or create look-alike audiences for advertisements.
